Facility/Operations Audit
Limited Time Special
we keep hearing the same thing, over and over…
“We’re doing ok but I’m sure we could be doing better…”
“I can’t even imagine what saving this operation would cost…”
“Revenue is way too tight right now to spend anything on improvements…”
“I’ve already put so much money into this operation and haven’t seen results…”
“I missed my opportunity, I waited too long, now I’m stuck…”
So we thought…
Operators are trying to tell us something –
They need lower risk access to seeing what their futures could look like; A real, tangible path to profitability, in real numbers.
so…
let’s do that.
and Operations Audit 2.0 was born.
It’s clear to us now that there are so many operators out there who believe their situations to be worse than they actually are, or believe that the successful operation they envisioned at the outset has faded out of reach as pressures like price compression and market saturation set in.
Let us show you that it’s not.
Improvements may not actually cost as much as you are expecting. A path to profitability could be real. The only way to know what potential exists is to look at the data and make it 100% real. There’s dumb risk, but then there’s smart, well-calculated risk with a clear, realistic path to execution.
The Details
- We’re offering a limited time on-site operations audit designed to help operators understand options and costs for a path forward, and are essentially just looking to just cover our out of pocket costs.
- We’ll take on 4 on-site operations audits for only $2750 each, travel included. (Our standard on-site audits typically start at $10,000)
- To give you peace of mind that it will be worth it, we guarantee we’ll find at least $20,000 in annual cost savings or additional revenue – or you get your money back.
What’s the catch?
No catch – we’d obviously love to partner with you on any improvements you decide to take on after your audit, but you’re under no obligation to do so.
Also, we run an Apprentice Training program, and site audits are great opportunities for a trainee to tag along and learn – so we benefit too.

What is Operational Design vs. Facility Design?
Failure to consider and give proper attention to operational design often explains why companies with cutting edge facilities and well written SOPs still end up unable to compete or to combat price compression once the market saturates. What is operational design as...
